- Click Schedule for Later.
- A dialog opens. Select a date and time (must be in the future).
- If you are an admin and there are opted-in team members, you can also choose Post As to schedule on their behalf.
- Click Schedule.
Editing and rescheduling a post
Pending and failed posts can be edited directly from the Calendar.
- On the Calendar, click the day containing the post (grid view) or find it in list view.
- Click the pencil icon on the post card.
- An Edit & Reschedule dialog opens with two columns:
- Left: editable post text (full textarea)
- Right: date/time picker
- Adjust text, date, or both, then click Save & Reschedule.
failed post resets its status to pending so the scheduler will retry it at the new time.
Cancelling a post
- Find the post in the Calendar.
- Click the × Cancel button on the post card.
- Confirm — the post moves to
cancelledstatus and will not publish.
